At CrossFit Blarney Stone you will be coached through a program rather then merely given a workout.  


We call it a program rather than just exercise or a workout because we have a plan. Most people hit the gym, train whatever muscles they feel like doing that day, jump on any machine that's open or literally work every machine until they've been there for an hour or until they get bored.  And they are not getting results because there is no plan, no progression, no program. 

When you join CrossFit Blarney Stone you are lead through a program. Our Certified Trainers will instruct you through the entire hour of each class which includes a Warm up, Skill/Strength, WOD (Workout of the Day) and Mobility. We work through weekly and monthly cycles to optimize results.  The program is designed to increase strength, stamina, flexibility, coordination, agility, accuracy, balance, speed, power and cardiovascular/respiratory endurance. Our Trainers can also customize workouts to fit your abilities and needs. Every workout can be changed, to fit the needs of any athlete whether there is a limitation, injury or inability to perform certain movements. Workouts are scalable to be accessible by anyone yet challenging to everyone.



Every 1st Thursday of the month at 6:00pm we offer a free class for all beginners. This class is very similar to our regular CrossFit classes where you are coached and instructed through a Warm Up, Workout Of the Day (WOD) and Mobility. The WOD will include basic CrossFit movements and everything will be scaled or changed to meet your current fitness level.  



**Required by all new CrossFit Athletes.  These classes are designed to introduce any beginner to the basic movements of CrossFit. We spend more time on mechanics and safety during these sessions.  We have found that beginners are more confident entering the Group CrossFit Classes after taking Foundations.  The program is three private or semi-private lessons. The can be scheduled at your pace.  


Group CrossFit Classes

Our one hour classes is entirely lead by our highly skilled trainers.  You will be guided through a Warm Up, Skill/Strength, Workout of the Day (WOD) and Mobility. 



Private one-on-one coaching to meet your individual goals, needs and schedule.  We customize the one hour sessions specific to you. 


Open Gym

These hours are for you.  Athletes are permitted to use the gym in these hours however they like.  Many will use this time to develop new skills, make up a workout they missed or just play.
